Join the EKI Academy – a unique training program for young people up to the age of 35 from Banja Luka, Čelinac, Kotor Varoš, Laktaši, Prijedor, Srbac, Prnjavor, Gradiška, and Mrkonjić Grad.

During the 3-month program, you will participate in an intensive, hands-on training designed to prepare you for a career in the financial sector. The most successful participants will have the opportunity to join our organization as employees.

Participants will also receive a financial allowance throughout the duration of the program.

Who can apply?

▪️ Young people up to the age of 35 who have completed secondary school or university

▪️ Individuals eager to learn and develop professionally

▪️ No previous work experience required

▪️ Active holders of a driver's license (Category B)

▪️ The EKI Academy will be held in Banja Luka
