EKI Academy has been launched!

We have launched the EKI Academy – a specialized training program designed for young people up to the age of 35 from the Sarajevo Canton, Istočno Novo Sarajevo, Kakanj, Visoko, and Zenica, who wish to start a career in the financial sector. The program is designed to provide young participants with practical knowledge and skills necessary for working in microcredit organizations and the financial industry.

During the three-month program, participants will go through a series of intensive and practical trainings covering various aspects of financial operations, including microcrediting, administrative and client procedures, as well as the development of professional competencies. The program is open to all young people with a completed high school or university degree, regardless of previous work experience.

For the most successful participants, there is also the possibility of employment within the EKI organization, making the program not only an educational opportunity but also a concrete step toward professional development. A financial allowance is provided to participants throughout the duration of the program.
